Introduction
QuickPost Email Hosting allows you to manage your business emails using your own domain (e.g., [email protected]). It provides features like mailbox management, DNS configuration, webmail access, and email logs.
This guide explains all sections available in the client area.
How to Access Quickpost Webmail from Client Area
- Login to the client area.
- Go to Services > Business Email Hosting > Email Hosting INR
- Click on the arrow
4. Click on your active plan.
5. Click on Blue Button- Click here to Access Quickpost Panel
6. You will be redirected to Quickpost.
Overview Your Email Hosting Service
To access your email hosting service:
- Login to the Client Area
- Go to Services → Business Email Hosting
- Click on your active service (e.g., Email Hosting INR)
Overview Section
The Overview tab gives a summary of your email service.
It includes:
- Total Email Users (e.g., 36 / 36)
- Email Aliases usage
- Mail server details
- Ports:
- IMAP: 993
- POP3: 995
- SMTP: 587
Users & Aliases
This section allows you to manage email accounts.
Features:
- View all email users
- Check status (Active/Disabled)
- See the last login details
- Edit or delete users
- Add new users using + Add User
While editing a user:
- Username
- Password
- Mailbox size
- Status (Enabled/Disabled)
DNS & Security
This section is very important for email delivery.
In this section, you can see and manage your email DNS and security settings.
DNS Setup
Here you will find all the required DNS records for your domain.
- Shows MX records for mail routing
- Shows SPF and DMARC records for email security
- You need to add these records to your domain DNS
Click Verify DNS to check if all records are correctly configured.
Outlook Autodiscover
This section helps to automatically configure your email in Outlook. (optional)
- Shows required CNAME and SRV records
- Add these records to your DNS for automatic setup
DKIM Signing
This option is used to enable email authentication.
Click Check DKIM to view your DKIM record and configure it.
IP Block Check
Here you can check if your IP is blocked.
- Enter your IP address
- Click Check
Country Authentication Restrictions
This allows you to control login access by country.
- Select restriction mode
- Click Save Country Rules
This section helps ensure your email works properly and remains secure.
Message Logs
In this section, you can check the email activity for your domain.
Search Logs
- Enter an email address (e.g., [email protected])
- Click Search Logs
This will show all email activity related to that address.
What You Can Check
- Email delivery status
- Sent and received emails
- Failed or bounced emails
How It Helps
- Find why an email is not delivered
- Check if the email was sent successfully
- Troubleshoot email issues
This section is useful for tracking and resolving email-related problems.
