This article is about the spam emails which are delivering in the spam folder in webmail but not in the outlook.
If you are facing such an issue then first you need to check your outlook configuration.
You can check those If you have set up the account with pop3 then configuration settings with below steps:-
In Outlook, click File. Then navigate to Account Settings > Account Settings. On the Email tab, double-click on the account you want to connect to HubSpot.
Below Server Information, you can find your incoming mail server and outgoing mail server details.
If you are using pop3 as an incoming mail server then you need to use IMAP as an incoming mail server Because POP3 only downloads mail that is in the Inbox, it does NOT SUPPORT for other folders.
When using an IMAP email account, an IMAP sync all folders to outlook and all emails.
So if you are facing the issue for downloading emails to outlook please use IMAP as an incoming mail server.
