- 12:00PM Our team has observed outage at our Asheville location and are currently investigating the root cause for this issue. We'll be posting further updates on this thread.
- 12:10PM Our team traced the outage root cause down to our core router being unresponsive for some reason. Further investigating with our on-site network team in order to resolve this issue.
- 13:00PM Connectivity to all the services have been restored, we've also scheduled a planned network activity to setup Network redundancy / Failover in order to avoid such issues in the future.
