How to set auto reply in quickpost app

Here are the steps to set up an auto-reply in the QuickPost app:

  1. Log into the Quickpost webmail interface (https://quickpost.app).

  2. Click the "Settings" link on the top side navigation menu (the icon that looks like gears).

  3. Select "Auto-Responder."

  4. Click "Enable Autoresponder."

  5. Under "Options," switch features on/off according to how you want the autoresponder to behave.

  6. To prevent the auto-responder from responding to email not directly addressed to you, enable "Disable responses to indirect mail" (e.g., emails in the CC: field).

  7. To limit auto-responses to once daily for the same sender, enable "Limit responses to once daily."

  8. In the "Subject" field, enter the subject you want the automated response email to have.

  9. Under "Options," select "HTML" or "Text" from the "Message Format" drop-down box. Consider using "Text" to avoid potential spam issues with some email providers.

  10. Finally, click on the "Save" button to save your auto-reply settings.
